Responsibilities- Conduct outpatient appointments in the clinic setting and participate in hospital rounds to monitor and manage hospitalized patients.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and ensure seamless continuity of care for patients.
- Provide education and counseling to patients and their families regarding cardiovascular health, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications.
- Evaluate, interpret, and coordinate information to make decisions and recommendations regarding patient care.
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Board Certified.
- Experience preferred.
- Hold an unrestricted medical license in the state of Iowa.
- Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the Advanced Practitioner's field of practice.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
