Nurse - Pulmonary Care Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at Baptist Health. As a Pulmonary Nurse, you will be responsible for providing safe, therapeutic, and compassionate patient care to individuals with pulmonary conditions.
Responsibilities:
* Utilize the nursing process to provide high-quality patient care
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to create an exceptional patient experience
* Demonstrate clinical competence and critical thinking
* Stay up-to-date with the latest policies and procedures
Requirements:
* BSN preferred
* RN license in the state of Arkansas
* Basic knowledge and skills to meet standard of care
* Ability to practice as a full partner of an interdisciplinary team
* Healthcare CPR required, some areas may require ACLS, PALS and/or NALS - training is provided
Work Schedule:
* 72.00 hours bi-weekly
