Job Summary:

Della Infotech is seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our team in providing high-quality care to our patients in a Long Term Care (LTC) setting. As a Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing treatment plans to improve swallowing, cognitive, and communication abilities, and to decrease aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Provide direct patient care, including speech and language therapy sessions, to help patients achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
  • May be required to float to a secondary location to support patient care needs.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in a Long Term Care (LTC) or Rehab setting.
  • Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Ohio.
  • Certification as a CCC (Certified Clinical Competence) SLP.
