About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at our luxury on-site health center within The Mather, a Life Plan Community that provides a range of care services, including assisted living, memory support, and Medicare-certified skilled nursing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centered care to residents in a professional and compassionate manner
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure the comfort and well-being of residents
- Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the healthcare team
Work Schedule:
We have a part-time CNA position available with the following schedule:
3:00 pm - 11:00 pm, every other weekend and some holidays
