Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in an ICU setting, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centered care
Requirements:
- 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience in ICU nursing
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
- Bachelors degree in nursing or related field preferred
- Two (2) years of recent ICU nursing experience preferred
- NIH Stroke Scale Certificate preferred
- CCRN preferred
- Dialysis, SLED or equivalent preferred
