Responsibilities

Position Summary

  • Operate electrocardiogram and stress testing equipment to assist in diagnosing cardiovascular conditions and utilize Holter monitor and Event Recorder data for physician analysis.

Job Roles

  • Safety - Effectively manage processes to ensure the safety of both employees and patients.
  • Record Keeping - Maintain all necessary records, reports, statistics, logs, files, and other documentation as required.
  • Process Improvement - Foster a culture of continuous improvement by engaging in department-based initiatives that align with the organization's improvement objectives. Actively participate in system-wide or hospital-based teams as necessary.
  • Role Specific Responsibilities - Conduct EKG procedures, maintain EKG equipment and supplies, and complete documentation and billing responsibilities. Execute electrocardiograms, Holter Monitor, and Event Recorder applications.

Qualifications

Education

  • High School diploma or equivalent
