Job Summary

We are seeking a part-time Housekeeper to join our team at one of our apartment complexes. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for performing various housekeeping duties to maintain and enhance the value of our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean occupied and vacant apartments to market-ready status
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting
  • Operate various cleaning equipment including vacuum cleaners and shampooers
  • Disinfect and clean bathrooms
Requirements:
  1. High school diploma or equivalent required
  2. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
  3. Ability to use various equipment including cleaning and shampooing equipment

Additional requirements include having a valid driver's license and being able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. A background check and drug screen will also be required for this position.
