Thriveworks, a clinician-founded national private practice group with locations in 48 states, is seeking experienced Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Thousand Oaks, CA.

About the Role

We are looking for individuals who share our commitment to providing high-quality care and excellent service to our clients. As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, you will work closely with our team to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical psychology and experience working with diverse populations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing individual and group therapy sessions to patients.
  • Developing and implementing treatment plans in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team.
  • Conducting assessments and evaluations to determine patient needs.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Required Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • A PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Licenses in California (PhD or PsyD).
  • Experience working with diverse populations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation and Benefits

  • An estimated salary range of $156,800 per year, depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities.
