Medical Transcriptionist

We are seeking a skilled Medical Transcriptionist to join PAIN CARE PHYSICIANS PA. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and documenting information about clients for their doctors visits.

• Documenting patients' visits by taking notes and entering them in the electronic health records system
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure consistent and comprehensive patient documentation
• Coordinating with doctors to complete and submit medical records
• Communicating professionally with patients, doctors, and healthcare staff
• Completing administrative tasks as requested

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent
• Previous experience as a Medical Scribe or in a similar position
• Ability to take detailed notes and accurate documentation
• Strong computer and transcription skills
• Ability to adhere to strict confidentiality requirements
• Highly organized with excellent time-management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
