Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team at Acclaim Recruiters. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for providing technical oversight on engineering scopes for EPC or Design-Build projects with challenging schedules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with multiple business units and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Engineering Solutions: Provide creative, value engineering solutions to customers, optimizing projects and navigating supply chain challenges.
  • Technical Oversight: Troubleshoot electrical projects and provide commissioning support, ensuring safety during project delivery and operation.
  • Proposal Support: Participate in proposal efforts, identifying critical equipment and technical solutions.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers, vendors, and other project stakeholders to determine optimal solutions for new projects.
  • Project Schedule and Budget: Develop and maintain accurate project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely updates.
  • Procurement Support: Coordinate with engineers and vendors to maintain schedules and address critical path items.
  • Client Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with clients, owners, engineers, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: A four-year degree in electrical engineering or construction management, or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: 5-8 years of related experience may substitute for education.
  • Certifications: EIT or PE certifications are preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and strong interpersonal skills.
