Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Goodwin Recruiting. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for supporting the Executive Chef in all day-to-day kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage kitchen staff and ensure seamless execution of menu items
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to plan and execute special events and catering services
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a high-volume kitchen environment
  • Proven track record of success in kitchen management and leadership
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and sanitation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
