Requirements

  • DDS/DMD degree and active and unrestricted license in the state of practice.
  • Clinical knowledge to practice comprehensive dentistry, including diagnosis and treatment of oral health issues.
  • Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet the needs of patients.
  • Ability to become credentialed with dental insurance plans.

Preferred Qualifications

  • INSERT NUMBER OF YEARS years of clinical experience.
  • INSERT Invisalign Certification or clinical needs as required by office.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times.
  • Availability to attend virtual training sessions periodically throughout the year.

PHI and HIPAA

The position will have access to minimum PHI necessary for performing job-related functions. Regular HIPAA training aligning with the specific role and responsibilities will be required. The individual will need to protect PHI and maintain data safeguards.

TB Test

A tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions. This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment. The test will be arranged during the pre-employment process, and any necessary guidance or paperwork will be provided. Not applicable in the state of FL & TN.
