Welder Specialist

Donaldson is seeking a skilled Welder II to join our team. As a Welder II, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to metal fabrication and welding.

• Weld together metal parts, components, or structures using various techniques and equipment.
• Perform detailed welding techniques to ensure high-quality results.
• Operate and maintain welding machines and equipment.
• Inspect and test welds to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and meet deadlines.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to prevent injuries and ensure a safe working environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a trade-related field.
• Mill experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
• Flexibility and agility in an ever-changing environment.
• Consistent attendance and punctuality.

• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch for extended periods.
• Ability to work in and around loud machinery.
