Pediatric Critical Care Float Pool Registered Nurse Job Opportunity

LeaderStat is seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Critical Care Float Pool Registered Nurse to join our team for a 13-week contract in Charleston, South Carolina.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a Pediatric Intensive Care setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric critical care and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to pediatric patients in the Intensive Care Unit
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based guidelines
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience working as a full-time Registered Nurse
  • Clinical experience within the last 2 years
  • Current State Licensure
  • Current Relevant Certifications (BLS, ACLS, etc)
