Role Summary
The Reserve at Pearland Senior Living Community is seeking a Housekeeper responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of residents' apartments and shared spaces as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducts general cleaning tasks in apartments, hallways, and communal areas.
- Prepares apartments for new residents as directed.
- Engages in annual cleaning schedules.
- Utilizes cleaning products safely and correctly according to departmental standards.
- Reports any relevant resident issues or concerns to the supervisor.
- Maintains cleanliness and functionality of housekeeping carts and vacuums.
- Participates in energy conservation initiatives.
- Performs additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- A High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
