Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform thorough diagnoses on customer and dealership vehicles to identify and repair issues.
  • Utilize OEM and aftermarket scan tools to diagnose complex problems and ensure accurate repairs.
  • Communicate effectively with the parts department to ensure timely and accurate delivery of necessary parts.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest repair techniques and technologies to provide exceptional service to our customers.
  • Complete all approved repairs from start to finish, ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in video multi-point inspections to ensure quality control and safety standards are met.
