Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at Hilton Garden Inn. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, as well as providing exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Operations: Balance revenue and settle accounts nightly, maintain accurate financial records, and prepare daily reports.
  • Guest Service: Respond to guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data, identify trends, and make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Cash Handling: Audit and reconcile cashiers, as well as manage cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy and security.
  • Communication: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: Previous night audit/accounting experience or equivalent training required.
  • Skills: Computer knowledge, Excel skills, arithmetic skills, and ability to work accurately and efficiently.
