Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Electrical Project Supervisor to oversee electrical installations for aviation projects. This critical role will manage all facets of electrical construction, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and efficiency standards. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in electrical construction management, particularly within the aviation sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all electrical construction tasks for aviation projects.
  • Coordinate and supervise the activities of electrical subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Develop and implement project timelines and work plans in collaboration with the project team.
  • Ensure all electrical installations comply with the National Electrical Code and local regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to uphold safety standards and quality control measures.
  • Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and other construction professionals.
  • Provide technical support and mentorship to junior staff and field workers.
  • Maintain comprehensive records and documentation of all electrical construction activities.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Project Supervisor or in a similar capacity within the construction sector.
  • Demonstrated experience managing electrical construction operations for aviation projects.
  • Thorough understanding of the National Electrical Code and local electrical regulations.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in construction management software and tools.
  • A degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Valid state electrician license.
  • OSHA safety certification is a plus.
