Senior Analytical Chemist

Monument Chemical is seeking a highly skilled QC Lab Senior Chemist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytical chemistry and laboratory management. Key responsibilities include managing and developing analytical methods, identifying and maintaining instrumentation, and mentoring laboratory personnel. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and safety in the laboratory. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, with a Master's degree preferred. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of related work experience and excellent analytical and project management skills. Proficiency in MS Office and SAP is also required. The successful candidate will be a key member of the laboratory team and will be responsible for driving quality and safety initiatives.
