- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements across all operations.
- Lead, train, and develop operations staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and company procedures.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret operational performance data, generating reports that highlight key insights, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare detailed operational reports and present them to senior management, offering recommendations for performance enhancements and process optimization.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency, identifying opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements.
- 2+ years of experience in an operations/asset management role, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong knowledge of operational best practices, with a focus on efficiency, process improvement, and reporting.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and collaborate with other departments effectively.
- Proficiency in generating and presenting operational reports, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and safety standards within the industry.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret operational data and make informed, data-driven decisions.
