Key Responsibilities- Administer anesthesia to patients in a variety of settings, including operating rooms and outpatient facilities.
- Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations to assess patient risk and develop an anesthesia plan.
- Monitor patients during anesthesia and make adjustments as needed to ensure safe and effective care.
- Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Current certification as a CRNA.
- Master's degree in nursing or related field.
