Job Overview

The Operations Manager is a key role within All-Stat Portable, responsible for overseeing the daily operations and supervision of staff across various modalities. Key Responsibilities
  1. Operations Planning and Coordination

Develop and implement plans to improve staff and workflow efficiency, ensuring seamless operations across all modalities.

Staff Supervision and Development

Provide guidance, support, and motivation to staff, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.

Quality Assurance and Improvement

Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, implementing changes to enhance staff and workflow efficiency.

Client Service and Support

Provide exceptional client service, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Inventory Management and Cost Control

Manage inventory levels, identifying opportunities for cost savings and implementing strategies to optimize resource allocation.

Reporting and Compliance

Ensure accurate and timely reporting, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements
  1. Leadership and Management Experience

Proven track record of leadership and management experience in a healthcare setting, with a strong focus on operations and staff supervision.

Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, clients, and stakeholders.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to improve operations and staff efficiency.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in software applications and systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Education and Certifications
  1. Education

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration or business.

Certifications

Current state licensures in radiography or sonography, or ARRT registration and/or ARDMS certification, preferred but not required.
