Senior Vascular Nurse Specialist

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse III to join our Vascular Surgery team at Albany Medical Center. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated healthcare professional to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
Salary: $51,356 - $83,667 per year, depending on experience.
About the Role:
- This full-time position involves working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care, including implementing physician orders, administering medications, and performing various treatments and procedures.
- As a Clinical Nurse III, you will be responsible for assessing and evaluating patient needs, developing and implementing individualized plans of care, and providing education and support to patients and their families.
- You will work closely with our nursing team to ensure seamless transitions of care and maintain accurate records in accordance with company policy and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a similar acute care setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records systems and other relevant technology.
