Your Role as a Certified Nursing AssistantIn your role as a CNA at Traditions Home Health Services, you will be responsible for delivering compassionate and individualized care to our patients. Your duties will include:
- Assisting with daily living activities
- Monitoring vital signs
- Reporting any changes in patient condition to the nursing staff

Qualifications for the Certified Nursing Assistant PositionTo thrive as a CNA at Traditions Home Health Services, you should possess:

Specific requirements include:
- CNA Certification
- A minimum of 2 years' experience with your CNA Certification (preferably in a home care setting)
- A valid Massachusetts Driver's License and reliable transportation, along with proof of insurance (clean driving record)
- Current TB Test (yearly) or X-Ray (every 5 years)
- The ability to read, write, and comprehend the English language
- Ownership of a smartphone (all documentation is completed through an app)
- Reliability, honesty, and compassion
- Experience working with Dementia patients
