Job Summary
We are seeking Shift Supervisors who are passionate about serving fresh, quality food and providing fast, friendly service to our customers. As a leader and role model, you will set the tone for a fun, family environment in our restaurants. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of restaurant staff to ensure excellent customer service and quality food production
- Managing restaurant operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and customer service
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
- Providing coaching and training to restaurant staff to improve their skills and performance
Work Environment and Physical Demands
As a Shift Supervisor, you will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, often with exposure to noise, heat, cold, or other elements. You will be expected to stand for long periods, lift up to 25-30 pounds, and travel to other restaurants or company offices as needed.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 18 years old
