  • Deliver Ready Mix Concrete: Safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to customers, ensuring timely arrival and minimal delays.
  • Maintain Vehicle: Regularly inspect and maintain the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition, clean, and organized.
  • Perform Roadside Repairs: Perform minor roadside repairs to ensure the vehicle is operational and safe to drive.
  • Inspect Mix and Load: Visually inspect the mix and load to ensure it meets quality standards.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Work closely with customers to ensure maximum satisfaction and achieve excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with Dispatch: Work with dispatch to ensure the quickest and safest routes to jobs, minimizing delays and improving efficiency.
  • Operate Chute Controls: Assemble and operate concrete chutes during the pour, ensuring accurate and efficient delivery.
  • Adhere to Safety Regulations: Observe all safety precautions and rules specified by federal, state, and company regulations, including wearing personal protective equipment and attending safety meetings.
Requirements
  • Valid Commercial Driver's License: Possess a valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License in good standing.
  • Vehicle Road Experience: Have a minimum of one year of experience operating a commercial vehicle with a multi-speed transmission.
  • Medical Card: Hold a valid medical card.
  • Concrete and Mechanical Knowledge: Possess knowledge and experience in concrete and mechanical operations.
  • Availability: Be available to work six days a week, Monday through Saturday.
  • Attendance and Punctuality: Demonstrate a solid attendance and punctuality history.
  • Reading, Writing, and Math Skills: Possess proficient reading, writing, and math skills.
  • Physical Abilities: Be able to climb ladders, lift, and assemble concrete chutes weighing 60 pounds.
