The Mechatronics and Robotics Apprenticeship program at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) presents an exceptional opportunity for individuals to gain valuable skills in the Maintenance Technical field. This paid training program combines 12 weeks of classroom instruction with on-the-job learning, preparing participants to join our team as Maintenance or Controls Technicians for a world-class leader.

• Promote a safe working environment by adhering to all safety procedures.
• Solve electrical and mechanical issues related to material handling equipment, including belts, motors, photo-eyes, relays, and more.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Cultivate positive working relationships with our Client and Operations Maintenance team members.
• Perform other job-related duties as needed.

• A high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Ability to attend a 12-week in-person paid training at a designated training provider.
• Proficiency using computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to solve problems and carry out general instructions in standard situations.
• Ability to move up to 50 pounds and meet physical requirements.
