Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavioral Health Registered Nurse to join our team at RehabCare. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals struggling with mental health and substance use disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation.
  • Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans in coordination with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, nursing supervisors/ managers, and colleagues to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in discharge planning and ensure a smooth transition of care for patients.
Requirements
  • Graduated from an accredited Bachelors of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program.
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
  • BCLS Certification.
  • ACLS preferred.
  • Minimum one year of experience in an inpatient psychiatric setting.
