About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Evernorth Health Services, a division of The Cigna Group. As a Bilingual Part-Time Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct patient assessments and obtain patient histories
  • Assist in the development of care plans and coordination of care
  • Support clinicians in managing the complex healthcare needs of patients
  • Triage patient calls and concerns, and schedule appointments as needed
  • Communicate effectively with providers to resolve issues
  • Set up patients for procedures, exams, and obtain vital signs
  • Utilize phlebotomy skills for blood draws
  • Ensure day-to-day operations in the clinic, utilizing organizational skills to manage the healthcare needs of our diverse patient population
  • Properly document all care and information provided to patients
  • Maintain supplies in exam rooms
  • Additional responsibilities in alignment with the scope of your certification or licensure
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved RN program
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the respective state
  • At least one year or more years of experience in a primary care clinic or provider office
  • Current BCLS required
  • Phlebotomy skills
  • Solid computer skills, including Electronic Health Records
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Team-oriented
  • Strong time management skills
  • Responsible and reliable
  • Excellent customer skills, and a deep commitment to providing empathetic, quality care to customers
  • Dynamic personality
  • Ability to work health center hours
  • Bilingual Spanish is strongly preferred
