Job Title: MEP Manager

Wynn Resorts is seeking a highly skilled MEP Manager to join our team at Encore Boston Harbor. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing departments, ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction for our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the MEP departments, including maintenance, project planning, and energy management.
  • Develop and implement departmental strategies to maximize opportunities for departmental and company success.
  • Ensure compliance with all Wynn Standards and company policies.
  • Lead a team of professionals to deliver exceptional service and satisfaction to our guests.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience.
  • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Develop and implement energy efficiency and electrical reliability operations, including CHP plant, battery system, solar, and emergency generation.
  • Manage and/or assist in managing WMP, SPCC, SWPP, GWDP, Hazardous Waste, and air emissions.
  • Ensure all Encore Boston Harbor core values and property and department standards are implemented and applied.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of engineering experience, with 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with planning and project management.
  • Outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of union and non-union working environments.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy and procedure manuals, maintenance instructions, and other related documents.
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries from other employees or guests.
  • Fluency in English required, second language a plus.
Work Environment:

  • The noise level in the work environment is typically moderate. When on the casino, kitchen, or property floor or some back of house areas, the noise level increases to loud.
  • Due to the unpredictable nature of the hospitality/entertainment industry, Team Members must be able to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property.
  • Team members are expected to work outside and is subject to all weather conditions.
