Key Responsibilities
  • Field Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections at construction sites to ensure compliance with project requirements and specifications.
  • Materials Testing: Test and evaluate the physical properties of construction materials, including concrete, soils, asphalt, and masonry.
  • Sample Collection and Testing: Collect and analyze samples of construction materials to ensure they meet industry standards and specifications.
  • Equipment Setup and Maintenance: Set up and maintain test equipment, including calibration and troubleshooting.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting: Accurately record and report test results, including mathematical calculations and data analysis.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Certifications: Ability to obtain certifications from ACI, NICET, ICC, and AWS, and maintain them as directed by the company.
  • Driver's License: Valid driver's license and ability to drive for sample collection, field tests, and inspections.
  • Personal Protective Equipment: Ability to perform job functions with personal protective equipment and in adverse weather conditions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior Experience: Prior experience in construction or a related field.
  • Certifications: Current certifications from ACI, NICET, ICC, and AWS organizations.
Compensation

Encorus Group offers competitive compensation and benefits packages. The pay range for this position is $25.00 per hour, with specific compensation determined based on knowledge, skills, and experience.
