  • Collect and process patient specimens for laboratory testing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Perform waived and moderately complex laboratory testing, adhering to established protocols and standards.
  • Manage patient orders and maintain accurate records of testing, quality control, and maintenance.
  • Participate in inventory management and ensure proper documentation of necessary information.
  • Assist with new employee orientation and training, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Requirements
  • Medical terminology and computer data entry skills are preferred.
  • Phlebotomy experience and previous laboratory experience are highly valued.
  • BLS certification is required within 90 days of hire.
