  • Monitor and report patient vital signs and changes in condition

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant
  • Current CNA license
  • BLS/CPR certification
  • Covid vaccination (2 shots + booster)
  • Physical and TB results (within the past year)
  • Identification card
