Job Summary:
Innova Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Construction Contracts Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Development and Engineering Department, you will provide critical support to our project teams in contract administration, ensuring seamless execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Administration: Assist in the development, tracking, and management of contracts, including data entry, document development, and routing of contractual documents.
- Payment Application Invoicing: Draft, assemble, and prepare payment application invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payment to contractors.
- Contract Assembly and Preparation: Coordinate the assembly, preparation, and routing of contracts for professional services and construction projects.
- Contract Amendments and Change Orders: Assist in the preparation and management of contract amendments and change orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Insurance and Risk Management: Monitor and manage owner-controlled insurance programs, tracking insurance policies and ensuring compliance with company requirements.
- Contract Renewals and Termination: Assist in the renewal and termination of annual or on-call contracts, ensuring seamless transition and compliance with company policies.
- Procurement and Bid Management: Participate in the preparation, assembly, and review of bid documents for procurement of design, construction, and management services.
- Contract Terms and Conditions: Assist in the development and review of scope of work, RFP/RFQ/ITB documents, and contract terms and conditions.
- Project Delivery Support: Provide support to project delivery teams, coordinating inter-departmental correspondence during the bidding and award phase.
- Contract Closeout: Assist in the handling of contract closeout activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract documentation within Procore and networked filing systems.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as construction management, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in contract administration, procurement, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of contract administration, procurement, and project management principles. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong communication and organizational skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
