Work Location: Quantico, VA /National Capital Region (some telework is anticipated)

About the Role: We are seeking experienced Security Consultants to provide expertise in criminal history record information and support for law enforcement initiatives. This position entails the development and delivery of training sessions and instructional resources related to criminal indexing.

Occasional travel may be necessary, ranging from local assignments to international opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing, preparing, and presenting instructional content for criminal indexing protocols
  • Updating and developing training programs with comprehensive lesson plans
  • Facilitating training sessions for groups of 20-30 participants on a monthly basis
  • Creating instructional guides and resources for field personnel
  • Managing content within a government learning management system
  • Supporting various law enforcement training initiatives and IT systems
  • Documenting internal processes and organizational activities
  • Collaborating with data analytics and automation contractors for product integration

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience and an associate's degree or equivalent
  • Background in security management, law enforcement operations, and training
  • Proficient in writing training materials and conducting virtual training sessions
  • Ability to prepare reports, conduct research, and present findings at a high level

Working Conditions:

  • Ability to work at a computer for extended periods
  • Capable of bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 35 pounds
  • Work environment with low to moderate noise levels
