Bridal Gown Specialist

We are seeking a talented and experienced Sales Lead to join our team at Ohio Bridal Outlet. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the bridal industry, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with others.

About the Role:

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of designers, collections, fabrics, fits, and alterations.
• Collaborate with team members to support and maintain a positive work environment.
• Assist with visual presentation, including displaying gowns and maintaining brand standards.
• Handle transactions, process orders, and assist with inventory management as needed.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, passion, and enthusiasm in all interactions.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or bridal.
• Proven work experience as a Sales Lead or Assistant Manager, with experience in Fashion Retail or Bridal encouraged.
• Proficient in software such as POS systems, CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and Zoom.
• Strong English communication skills in reading, writing, and speaking.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Successful completion of a background check.
