Job OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled Welding Instructor to join our team at WyoTech, a premier technical trade school in Laramie, WY. As a Welding Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching students the skills and techniques necessary to succeed in the welding and metal fabrication industry. Requirements:
  • Minimum of 7 years' work experience in the Welding and Fabricating industry.
  • Course and Curriculum development, project development, and project management.
  • Must be proficient in SMAW GMAW, FCAW, GTAW.
  • Must have experience in Custom Fabrication, Reading Blueprints, Cutting Techniques, and CNC usage.
  • Positive attitude and willing to work in a team environment.
  • Must be able to pick up on software used in an educational environment and be able to efficiently use computers.
  • AWS, API, CIC, etc. certifications or other industry certifications are a plus.
  • A sign-on bonus and relocation assistance is also offered.

Responsibilities:

  • Become proficient in learning/utilizing the grading software.
  • Work with students not only in the classroom but the hands-on portion in the shop.
  • Be responsible for lecturing on hands-on related materials.
