Job Summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is a vital member of our healthcare team at Crystal Clinic. As a skilled and compassionate professional, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting our medical staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Physicians and/or Advanced Practice Providers in the clinic setting, ensuring seamless patient care and efficient workflow.
  • Room patients, obtain medical histories, and complete thorough documentation in our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
  • Prepare and administer injections, as well as assist with procedures, including the application and removal of casts and splints.
  • Provide patient education on physician's plan of care, ensuring patients understand their treatment plans and follow-up appointments.
  • Manage front office duties, including greeting patients, completing check-in processes, and answering general questions.
  • Process referrals, prepare charts for new patients, and ensure proper patient forms are complete and entered into the computer.
  • Monitor patient waiting areas, maintain cleanliness of clinical areas, and restock supplies within budgetary constraints.
  • Assist with special procedures, gather necessary equipment and instruments, and position patients as needed.
Requirements
  • Current and valid license to practice Practical Nursing in the State of Ohio.
  • Authorized to administer medications by The State of Ohio Board of Nursing.
  • BLS certification within three (3) months of hire.
  • Three (3) to Five (5) years of experience in the field or profession preferred.
Work Schedule

Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM, with a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
