Key Responsibilities:

As a Process Enhancement Specialist, you will:

  • Collaborate with fellow engineers and corporate teams to gain expertise in Lean and DMAIC methodologies, applying this knowledge to critical projects that align with plant performance indicators.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance the Continuous Improvement (CI) operating system, focusing on various operational pillars.
  • Drive the execution of planned enhancements to meet annual objectives using established systems and methodologies.
  • Facilitate the sharing of best practices across teams and locations.
Core Duties:

Your role will involve:

  • Implementing and sustaining a culture of continuous improvement based on Lean principles.
  • Coaching and mentoring staff in problem-solving techniques and CI methodologies.
  • Managing a Continuous Improvement docket to prioritize projects and track outcomes.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational challenges.
  • Monitoring performance metrics to pinpoint waste and prioritize solutions.
Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A 4-year degree in a relevant field such as Engineering or Science.
  • 1-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a preference for those familiar with continuous improvement and Lean Six Sigma practices.
