Job Title: Warehouse Driver

At Bob's Red Mill Natural Foods, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Driver to join our team. As a Warehouse Driver, you will be responsible for safely delivering loads between our warehouses and to local customers, while maintaining accurate driver's logs and vehicle inspection reports.

Responsibilities:
  • Safely deliver loads between Bob's Red Mill warehouses and to local customers.
  • Load products safely without damage to product and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate driver's logs and vehicle inspection reports.
  • Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections as necessary and when required.
  • Safely operate forklift throughout the warehouse and in loading and unloading trucks.
  • Assist with order selection, receiving, and inventory transfers as required.
  • Complete orders and deliveries in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures and operate all equipment in a safe and food-safe manner.
  • Comply with Bob's Red Mill food safety policies and procedures including adherence to FDA regulations, Safe Quality Food (SQF) Standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
  • Responsible for reporting food safety and quality concerns to Supervisors and/or Department Manager.
Requirements:
  • 1 or more years of experience working within a warehouse.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have or be able to obtain a valid commercial class A driver's license.
  • Must meet and maintain ODOT commercial driver eligibility.
