Job Description

This exciting opportunity involves providing Physical Therapy services to patients, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication in assigned locations. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessment and Treatment Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical limitations and develop effective treatment plans to help them achieve their goals.
  • Implementation and Evaluation: Implement treatment plans, evaluate progress, and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Patient Education: Educate patients on proper techniques, exercises, and lifestyle modifications to promote independence and self-care.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements and qualifications:

  • Licensure: Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of employment required.
  • Certification: Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required.
  • Experience: One (1) year of experience as a PT required.
  • Skills: Strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
