Position Overview

Job Type: Seasonal

Job Schedule: Monday-Saturday; Approximately 7:00am to 7:00pm

Work Location: Alsum Farms

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize company-specific MRP/ERP systems effectively
  • Interpret the daily production schedule and coordinate label printing accordingly
  • Support the Shipping Coordinator by scanning product labels for outgoing shipments
  • Generate inventory reports from MRP/ERP systems to facilitate physical inventory audits
  • Reconcile daily label outputs
  • Create and manage purchase orders
  • Prepare bills of lading for outgoing shipments

Physical Requirements:

The majority of the responsibilities are carried out using computer systems. The Production Operations Coordinator is required to lift and transport inventory, necessitating physical strength, and will spend significant time walking and standing throughout their duties.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills


Compensation: $13-$16 per hour
