Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quick and accurate service to guests, handling cash transactions and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, communicating with colleagues to ensure seamless service.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures, maintaining accurate records and reporting any discrepancies.
  • Upsell and promote resort amenities and services to guests, enhancing their overall experience.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including setting up and closing down the cash handling area.
  • Clear tables and maintain a clean and tidy environment, ensuring a positive impression for guests.
