Delivery Director

Steel Point Solutions is a leading provider of integrated business solutions for government and commercial enterprises. As a seasoned professional, you will have the opportunity to lead our delivery efforts and drive growth across our Federal Civilian portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the successful delivery of programs and portfolios, working closely with program managers to ensure high-quality execution and client satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Drive the execution of Steel Point's delivery governance frameworks and process artifacts, enhancing compliance, risk management, and project delivery effectiveness.
• Ensure the profitability and financial performance of major projects and portfolios, managing budgets and strategic importance.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of delivery outcomes with client expectations and organizational goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 13+ years of experience in program, portfolio, and governance management, with a proven track record of leading large-scale engagements and managing executive-level client relationships.
• 10+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex programs with significant budgets and strategic importance.
• 10+ years of experience implementing governance frameworks, compliance, and risk management best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
