About the Job

This Civil Engineering Project Manager will be responsible for leading a team of designers and support staff to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, excellent leadership and communication abilities, and a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop civil engineering designs for land development projects
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs
  • Oversee the preparation of grading plans, utility plans, site plans, and preliminary cost estimates
  • Ensure technical quality, profitability, schedule, and project staff coordination

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
  • B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Current P.E. license required
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering project management
  • Strong design skills using AutoCAD and Civil 3D
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities
