Molding Technician

We are seeking a skilled Molding Technician to join our team at Personnel Services. As a Molding Technician, you will be responsible for operating molding equipment to produce high-quality products.

• Operate Molding Equipment: Load reinforcing medium and resin or premix charges of prescribed amounts into molding equipment and carry out prescribed molding cycles.
• Prepare Equipment: Prepare molding equipment for daily operations, including preparation of reinforcing medium and resin for molding.
• Quality Control: Unload parts from molding equipment, ensuring they meet quality standards.
• Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including molds, buildings, and surrounding areas.
• Safety and Compliance: Use equipment safely and follow all safety protocols, including proper use of tools such as sanders and scarifiers.

• Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in molding or manufacturing preferred.
• Skills and Abilities: Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and speak effectively with managers and coworkers. Must be detail-oriented and able to use basic math skills.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand and walk for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
