Job Specifications:

  • Housing: May be available.
    Outlet: Keystone Resort.
    Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time.
    Expected Pay Range: $27.48.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations, tracking performance and budget, including scheduling and payroll; serve as manager-on-duty in the absence of the Store Manager.
  • Maintain daily store records related to performance, sales metrics, inventory management, and equipment rentals (if applicable).
  • Recruit and train staff on POS system usage, product knowledge, customer service, sales techniques, and loss prevention policies.
  • Evaluate team performance and behavior to provide constructive feedback and guidance, recognizing achievements or implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Stay informed on product knowledge and deliver outstanding customer service through prompt responses to customer inquiries, suggestions, complaints, and recognition.
  • Engage in leadership forums to provide insights and feedback on store performance, training, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, including specialized areas such as merchandising and rentals.

Job Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent; Business training or education preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in retail supervision; experience in the ski industry is preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, multitask, and manage multiple customers.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
  • Must possess fluent communication skills in English.

The expected pay range is $25 - $27.48. This range reflects the anticipated compensation for this position. Individual compensation decisions are influenced by various factors.
