We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as an Sales Associate. As an ambassador of our brand, you will represent Tommy Bahama's stylish trends and create an environment of aloha fun for our guests.

The Perfect Oasis

You will play a key role in setting the tone for an exceptional shopping experience. This includes:

  • Genuinely greeting all guests with a friendly smile
  • Selecting and helping locate or obtain merchandise based on guest needs and desires
  • Learning, referencing, and sharing current product knowledge with our guests

Onboard Your Crew

You will actively participate in store-related meetings, working towards exceeding sales and service performance goals set by store management. To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 2+ years of Guest and Sales experience
  • A 'get things done' mindset
  • Natural collaboration skills and the ability to identify opportunities and take initiative

Benefits
