Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and reach sales goals through guest interactions, including tire and service sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Effectively manage the service department, including staff supervision and training.
- Contribute to the development of service department associates, providing guidance and support.
- Articulate all warranties, promotions, and advertisements to guests.
- Utilize tools and technology to make recommendations to guests based on manufacturing guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company standards.
- Perform manual tasks, including lifting, standing, bending, and squatting, for extended periods.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of previous Automotive Service department experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No relocation is being offered for this position.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous management experience.
- Previous automotive service sales experience.
Position Criteria:
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Hard worker with a strong sense of responsibility, dependability, and conscientiousness.
- Ability to review, analyze, and interpret information, identify problems, and make decisions.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow procedures and guidelines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, potentially including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to follow established safety policies and procedures.
