Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of previous Automotive Service department experience.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • No relocation is being offered for this position.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous management experience.
  • Previous automotive service sales experience.

  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
  • Hard worker with a strong sense of responsibility, dependability, and conscientiousness.
  • Ability to review, analyze, and interpret information, identify problems, and make decisions.
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow procedures and guidelines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, potentially including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to follow established safety policies and procedures.
