**Job Summary:**

A Housekeeping Team Member at Kolter Hospitality Group is responsible for delivering exceptional service by creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests. This role involves maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere, ensuring that every guest feels at home.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Clean and Prepare Guest Rooms:** Clean rooms as assigned, change linens and make beds, thoroughly clean bathrooms, and replenish guest amenities and toiletries.
  • **Maintain a Clean and Organized Environment:** Sweep, vacuum, dust, mop, and pick up trash to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for our guests.
  • **Provide Excellent Guest Service:** Respond to guest requests, report guest issues, and follow proper lost and found procedures for items left behind in guest rooms.
  • **Maintain a Safe and Healthy Environment:** Follow all safety procedures while working and report any items in need of repair.

**Requirements:**

  • **Availability:** Able to work most weekends and holidays.
  • **Reliability:** Report to work on time and in proper uniform.
  • **Physical Ability:** Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours and lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 50 lbs).
